Merced Systems Hosts First Annual Customer Exchange in Atlanta
Service enterprise leaders, including Sprint and The Coca-Cola Company, convene in Atlanta, GA to share how they are growing their businesses with performance management during the economic downturn

The event begins with a site tour at Delta’s North American Reservation Sales Contact Center, and features case studies presented by Sprint and The Coca-Cola Company.
