Merced Systems, Inc. Hosts Annual Executive Summit for Sales and Service Industry Leaders
Sales and Service leaders meet in Monterey Bay, CA to share performance management best practices
Redwood Shores, CA, September 14, 2009 — Merced Systems, Inc., the leading provider of sales and service performance management software, today announced the kick-off of its annual Merced Systems Executive Summit, hosted in Monterey Bay, CA. The conference brings together leaders from top sales and service organizations to network and share best practices in performance management.
Conference activities include customer-led sessions on a wide range of topics, including improving customer experience, performance management in retail, upgrading supervisor skills with performance coaching, and sales performance management and service performance management in a multi-channel business. Attendees will have the opportunity to get a first look into new capabilities and features available in Merced Incentive Compensation Management 3.2 and Merced Performance Suite 3.8, Merced Systems’ new product versions scheduled for release in early 2010. Attendees will also get a first look at Merced Intelligence, Merced Systems’ new product line of sales and service analytic applications. The conference concludes with a Product Advisory Council meeting, a delegation of Merced Systems customers who meet several times a year to discuss future product direction and power user feedback.
