The Incentive Plus module is an optional add-on to Merced Performance Suite for customers with dynamic variable pay plans for employees. Organizations with frequently changing plans, advanced rules or heavily transaction-based commission drivers (vs. daily or weekly aggregate performance) will benefit from Incentives Plus.
