Courses include:

• Fundamentals for Merced Performance Suite - Fundamentals for Merced Performance Suite provides participants a comprehensive overview of the product's capabilities through a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises. The class starts with the basics of performance management and ends with design exercises for implementing new data sources, new metrics and new reports. Attendees will learn about modules for Merced Performance Suite and how data flows from source systems to personalized end-user views.

• Fundamentals for Merced Incentive Compensation Management - Fundamentals for Merced Incentive Compensation Management introduces participants to the product's capabilities and features through a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises. The course includes administrative functions and skills development, including modeling, forecasting, reporting, and building calculators.

• Configuration - Configuration picks up where Fundamentals leaves off, providing comprehensive, end-to-end configuration training. Attendees will create a new data feed and forms, as well as experience the data-to-source-system lifecycle through to end user reports and dashboards.

• Administration & Application Support - Administration and Application Support training is designed to teach an Application Support Engineer all the necessary tools to administer and maintain Merced Systems’ Sales Performance Management and Service Performance Management solutions. Attendees will learn to install and configure the applications, perform common maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot common errors

• End-User - End-User training is designed for front line employees, managers, supervisors, and other end-users. The course content explores how end-users should use Merced Systems’ – focusing on basic use of reports, dashboards, alerts and forms, with an emphasis on customer-specific data and metrics. Merced Systems can also train a customer's training staff to deliver end-user training.
